Mingucci’s Family carefully selects the raw materials to offer you every day dishes full of flavor and authenticity. At the Doria Hotel we love natural cooking, with real and genuine flavors, we are careful, scrupulous and avant-garde; we are among the few who have always made use of chiller temperature , which is essential in the kitchen because we want to ensure you goodness and above all safety in every dish we prepare.

We want your holiday to have the scent of home and the genuine taste of the good things of the past but with today’s security.

We deal with catering for generations and we really do it with passion. We love to surprise you – for lunch and dinner – we serve 20/25 starters on two buffets of four meters each. The starters are always different, always prepared with love and dedication, choosing personally the best ingredients from local suppliers.

For you raw and cooked vegetables, grilled or au gratin, fabulous pizzas and stuffed buns, naturally risen and fresh every day. And what about the inevitable mussels alla marinara or au gratin and roasted potatoes like our grandmother did, both children and adults love them, as well as French fries prepared in micro-filtered oil every day. What about the succulent parmigiana or the exotic couscous with fish sauce and vegetables and the fragrant pies!

There’s some more; at the Doria buffet there are also tasty croutons, sandwiches, fresh seafood salads and also unusual dishes like fried smelts (small minnows), delicious rolls, crispy vegetables in batter as courgette flowers, aubergines and courgettes, onions and croquettes, or special mixed salads such as raw spinach, Parmesan cheese, walnuts and balsamic vinegar or julienne fennels and carrots with diced bacon, orange and chili and also fresh and refreshing fruit salads and much more, the buffet is different every day.

And in addition to these delicious starters, there are always two first and two second courses of meat and fish served at the table and there is no problem if you want to change: in the room you will find a menu with lots of light variations at your disposal. Always everything in abundancel.
